What Is Nesting Away?
Not a Hotel. Not a Hostel. A Home for Remote Workers Who Don't Want to Be Alone.

Nesting Away is a "small" coliving (7 bedrooms in 450m² villa) in the Italian countryside where remote workers actually become friends.
You come alone. You leave with a community. You stay focused on your work. You feel alive again.
We're selective about who we accept. Not because we're snobby, but because one bad community member ruins everyone's stay.
So we chat with you first. Make sure you're looking for real connection, not just a cheap bed.
You're 1 hour north of Rome, surrounded by green, 2km from Orte (a real medieval village, not a tourist trap). You can see Rome on weekends or Tuesday afternoons. But most days, you're here. Working, connecting, living. This is coliving redefined.
Summer 2026 Is Almost Gone.

Don't Take Our Word For It
Real remote workers. Real stays. Real stories from inside the nest.
Bushra
Satellites Designer, India 🇮🇳⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“I loved the hammock, the hills, and the people. This place felt like a home, away from home."
Bushra works on satellite systems by day and spent her afternoons swinging in the garden hammock, hiking straight from the villa door, and walking through landscapes that don't look real. She didn't just find a place to work remotely.. She literally found a home away from home.
Victor
Novel Writer, USA 🇺🇸
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"The Discovery call before joining? Best filter ever. You know immediately these are your people."
Vic came to write. He ended up running countryside trails, discovering hidden spots around Orte, and playing more tennis than he had in his entire life. He also loved that Nesting Away screens guests before they arrive, because it means everyone comes for community and actually wants to be here.
Tiffany
Yoga Instructor, France 🇫🇷
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"The photos don't do it justice. Nothing prepares you for how big and beautiful this place actually is."
Tiffany had seen the Instagram. She thought she knew what to expect. She didn't. She started her mornings with yoga on the veranda and in her room (spacious enough to actually practice in), shared dinners with the group, did pizza nights, and left saying the space felt more like a countryside estate than a coliving. Her words, not ours.
