1. Respect, Inclusion & Community Conduct
Nesting Away maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. All community members are expected to act with kindness, inclusiveness, and respect. In the event of a conflict, please speak directly with the Community Manager.
2. Liability & Responsibilities
Nesting Away shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are fully responsible for their own possessions and for any damages they may cause to the property. A personal lock box is available in each room for storing valuables.
3. Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival are non-refundable. The minimum stay is 14 consecutive days. Early departures do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €200 per room is required in cash upon check-in. Deposits must be paid directly to the Community Manager in cash at arrival and will be refunded upon check-out, pending a room inspection and confirmation of no damages or policy violations.
5. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: Only on the 1st or 15th of each month, from 2:00 PM onward. Check-out: Must be completed by
2:00 PM on the 14th or the last day of the month, depending on your booking. Guests are welcome to remain in common areas after check-out, but rooms must be vacated by noon for cleaning and preparation.
6. Quiet Hours
To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM daily. This is a coliving space designed for work and rest — not a hostel.
7. Guests & Visitors
Visitors are welcome, but the Community Manager must be informed in advance. Overnight stays for external guests are allowed for €10 per night, with prior approval. All visitors must respect community guidelines and shared space etiquette.
8. Shared Spaces
All guests must keep shared spaces clean and leave them as they were found. Do not leave food unattended or improperly stored in common areas. Shared kitchen, bathrooms, and lounges are to be used with care and consideration.
9. Reporting Damages
Any damages or maintenance issues must be reported to the Community Manager immediately to ensure timely resolution and community well-being.
10. Community Vehicle
The community car is not available for guest use. It is reserved for operational purposes, and only the Community Manager is authorized to drive it
- Any fines, damages, or accidents are the sole responsibility of the driver at the time of use.
- If accountability is not taken and damages are not paid, the full security deposit will be withheld.
12. Bicycles
Bicycles are available for rent at a cost of €50 per month. Helmets and locks are provided. Guests who rent a bicycle are expected to take good care of it and must never leave it unlocked when unattended.
13. Waste Management
Proper waste separation and recycling is mandatory in accordance with local regulations. Failure to comply may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
14. Media & Promotional Use
By staying at Nesting Away, you grant consent for any photos or videos taken on the premises to be used for promotional purposes (e.g. social media, website). If you prefer not to appear in any content, please notify the Community Manager in writing upon arrival.
15. Swimming Pool Usage & Damage Policy
All guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool responsibly. While the standard deposit is €200, please note:

If the pool is damaged due to negligence or misuse (e.g. punctured lining, broken equipment), you may be held liable for the full cost of repair or replacement, which is up to €2,000.

Additional charges may apply for wasted water, cleaning fees, or if damage prevents other guests from using the pool during their stay.
