Nesting Away is located in the Tuscia region, just one hour north of Rome. Our villa combines the charm of rural Italy with modern comfort and a professional setup for work events or group settings.
With 7 spacious rooms (up to 14 guests), a dedicated coworking space, two kitchens, huge verandas and a pool open from April to mid-October, it’s the perfect balance of home, workspace, and Italian dolce vita.

Whether you're flying into Rome or traveling from another city, we’ve made sure it’s simple to reach your new home. Just hop on the direct train & catch a short bus ride, or let us help with a pick-up.
Direct Train - Coming from Rome Fiumicino Airport? Hop on the direct Intercity train that will take you straight to Orte station in 1h 45". No complicated transfers required
Quick Bus Ride - Once you arrive at Orte station, just catch a ride and you'll be at the villa in 15 mins. The bus drops you just 400 meters from our doorstep, making your last stretch hassle-free.
Pick-Up Option - Prefer station pick up? Just let us know what's best & we will help you arrange it for an extra fee with our taxi parnter.
